These terms govern your use of the Cynthia's African Dishes website and our takeaway, delivery, and event catering services. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Ordering & Delivery

Takeaway and delivery orders are placed and fulfilled through Deliveroo, Uber Eats, or Just Eat. Order accuracy, payment, delivery times, and refunds for these orders are subject to each platform's own terms and conditions.

Event Catering Bookings

Catering enquiries made through this site or by phone/WhatsApp/email are quotes only until confirmed in writing. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 7–10 days before the event. Menu, guest numbers, and service style should be finalised at least 14 days before the event where possible.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date. Cancellations made earlier may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, less any costs already incurred.

Food Safety & Allergens

All dishes are prepared fresh in our certified kitchen. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in advance so we can advise on suitable options. While we take care to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Liability

We are not liable for delays, losses, or issues arising from third-party delivery platforms, venues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
